Role : Embedded Hardware Engineer Work Location: Redmond OR 97756 (Remote Till Covid) Contract Duration: 6+ months Must Haves Skills:
- Programming Languages: C ,C
- Platform/Environment:
- Database Management System: NA
- Application Packages, etc.: Altium Designer , OrCAD, Allegro
- Years of experience on each of the Technical must have skills: 3 +
- 3-year professional hands-on design/test experience at analog, digital and RF based circuits.
- Good understanding Analog Design, Digital Electronics Design,
- 3-year Hands on Schematic generation, schematic verification and netlist generation.
- Excellent understanding of Electrical /Electronic engineering fundamental
- Familiar with highspeed interface - PCIe experience (Gen1 and Gen2), TDM, Ethernet, USB etc
- Proficient at test equipment Oscilloscope , Logic Analyzer , Multimeter
- Strong debug and troubleshooting capabilities
- Must be detail oriented
- Display Interface (eDP, DP, Vx1, etc) knowledge is a plus
- Experience with EMI/EMC testing
- Experience in certification UL,CE
- What will this resource be doing (Key day to day responsibilities- Min 5 key bullet points)?
- Create prototype based on existing circuit and system as PoC of design (or component) change/update
- Collaborate with component engineer and sourcing to identify potential substitute parts
- Evaluate, test and verify alternative solution/component in existing system
- Test and debug jointly with SW/FW and DVE engineer
- Support debug of reported issues
