Entry Level Punch Worker

Lanz Cabinets is currently hiring an Entry Level Punch Worker. This position is responsible for completing unit punch walks for cabinets at multi-family construction projects in the Bend area in a safe, professional, and timely manner.

Travel to worksites is required. Walking job site by floors and units to check and perform Punch lists. Checking in with job site GC daily when on site, this is a Part time position that is on call, hours may vary from 24 to 40 hours a week.

Necessary Skills:

Must be able to read a tape measure

Basic Math skills

Properly use analytical and observation skills

Organize, manage and multi-task work

Read and interpret blueprints

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work well with minimal supervision.

Working Conditions:

May be required to wear PPE and or company apparel, hard hats, safety vests, safety glasses. Field conditions vary from job to job. Regular noise from saws and other machines. This position works with sub-contracted installation crews.
