Responsibilities include:
  • Collaboration with product and project teams and management of project activations • Coordination of vendors and deliverables • Development, maintenance, and execution of test artifacts • Ownership of stakeholder status updates • Development and execution of product uptime monitoring process • Development and implementation of downtime response and communication plans • Development of detailed documentation and training material • Hands on support and maintenance of software and hardware

JOB SUMMARYResponsibilities include managing and implementing detailed project schedules from proposal to implementation, coordinating activities of project teams, identifying project issues, organizing and verifying documents, communicating project information and assuming additional responsibilities as assigned. The PM will utilize PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) or Scrum as best practice, standards, and guidelines for all projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPlans, coordinates, and delegates work assignments for D&T project team members.Responsible for the oversight and performance of D&T project status, meetings, reporting, scope changes, financials, administrative, and technical issues.Manages project scope, change management, monitors project progress and performance, and provides status reports to D&T management and Project Sponsors, as required.Serves as liaison between client business team and CBRE D&T covering: D&T deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and budgets.Manages expectations of sponsors, stakeholders, and team regarding scope of work and responsibilities.Develops requirements and cost projections for projects.Provides input into training and development plans for more junior D&T Project Managers and Coordinators.Creates Requests For Proposals (RFPs) for external technology services.Responds to RFPs for technology estimates. Determines RFP D&T pricing and respond to D&T related questions.Manages projects on time and within budget.Performs other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNo formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May lead project teams and/or plan, and supervise assignments of lower level employees.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field such as math, business, information technology, or computer science, or equivalent work experience. 3-5 years of combined business and/or D&T experience.

CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSESProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred, ScrumMaster (CSM) or ITIL certification preferred.

COMMUNICATION SKILLSExcellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGERequires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Manages and maintains project financial tracking and reporting.

REASONING ABILITYAbility to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.

OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIESProject experience with Microsoft Project and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Visio experience a plus.
