Lead Reporting Data Analyst - Excel, Smartsheet, Jira

FlexIT client has an immediate need for a

• Generates reports and regular datasets or report information for end- users using system tools and database or data warehouse queries and scripts.
• Integrates data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements.
• Programs and maintains report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end- user information portals or resources.
• May create specifications for reports based on business requests.
• Visioning and creating reports and dashboards.
• Defining, tracking & reporting on metrics across organization.
• Leveraging tools such as Confluence, Jira, Smartsheet and Excel to integrate data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements.
• Being able to tell stories with data. Aptitude to dive into data, identify patterns and draw conclusions.
• May create specifications for reports based on business requests.
• Owner of GOaL Tech operations tools.
• Storytelling through data.
• Leads large, cross functional initiatives in support of the GOaL tech organization.

• 5-7 years of professional data analysis experience.
• Exceptional communicator and data driven storyteller.
• Extensive experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Smartsheet, Jira etc.).
• Analytical thinker who can break down complex problems using data and technology.
• Proven track record solving ambiguous problems and thinking under pressure, both individually and in team environment.
• Experience adapting to a fast paced, fast changing environment, juggling multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Expertise balancing multiple project simultaneously and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with the Agile development process and demonstrable ability to prepare a project plan, communicate the plan to the team and break the work down to trackable tasks.
