Candidates who have a growth mindset and are always looking to learn and develop would be a great fit for this opportunity.Requirements:- Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Experience working with Jamf (Jamf 300+ certs would be nice to have)
- Experience working in WS1 (Workspace One) or AirWatch
- Experience with iOS (Android experience as well would be nice to have)
- Experience managing an enterprise environment - 30-50k devices
- Experience handling L3 escalations or working directly with vendors/vendor management (Apple, VMWare)
- Experience with performing root cause analysis
- Willingness to work on a hybrid work schedule (2 days a week onsite, 3 days a week remotely)
