Apply operational knowledge to effectively communicate and coordinate resources within the department to support the fluorescent probes, particles and reagents business that enables our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.What will you do?Produce and analyze particle/polymer based products to meet customer requirements and timelines

Maintain accurate inventory of materials using sophisticated ERP controls

Analyze and interpret scientific data. Utilize specialized technical knowledge and skills

Maintain professional communication with representatives from other departments and teams as the need arises

Actively participate in team activities (conflict resolution, team building, scheduling)

Work to achieve department goals and business objectives with respect to quality, timely completion of work, and safety

How will you get here?EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent required.

BS/BA Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or related subject area

ExperienceExperience of 0-2 years in a technical manufacturing environment

Experienced with Microsoft Applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Excellent communication skills (written/verbal), proven team leadership and management skills

Motivated, flexible, able to follow through, and able to focus in a fast pace environment

Organized, detail oriented, and proactive

Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesExcellent time management, and ability to work independently

Strong interpersonal skills, (evaluating and balancing priorities)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience with pipetting, UV-Vis spectroscopy, distillation, centrifugation
