Newberg Jeep Ram Chrysler Dodge is looking for motivated parts professionals who are ready to help develop and grow our family-owned dealership Parts Department. We are growing quickly and in need of the right people that want to make their mark in the Parts world. If you have parts experience with Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep (FCA) and CDK, or if you have parts experience from AutoZone, O’Reilly, NAPA, or any other independent parts retailers, go to the front of the interview line.

Position is onsite, full time, five days per week (may include Saturdays). Bilingual skills (Spanish) is a plus. Excellent earning potential, full benefits – AND GET PAID WEEKLY. Pay will be based on experience with strong consideration given to individuals with Mopar and/or CDK experience.

Flexible schedule to cover dealership hours, including Saturdays

Exemplary punctuality and attendance

Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screening (for chosen candidates)

Valid driver's license with clean driving record


Assist all customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner

Inform customers of companion part requirements and specials, and ensure that the customer is exposed to the full product line

Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information

Provide a high level of service to internal and external customers

Pull and fill orders from stock

Notify parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention

Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submit emergency orders, if necessary

Notify the service advisors and the customer when special ordered parts have been received

Follow up on back-ordered parts

Verify will-call and back-order files

Replenish assigned inventory daily

Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair orders

Receive payment from retail customers or obtain credit authorization

Be trained on wholesale

Ensure that all charge sales are signed by the customer

Issue credit for parts returned; ensure that the original invoice, or its number, is available to verify purchase and pricing

Issue and track requested shop tools to technicians

Keep orderly records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates, and special order parts

Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up

Keep front and rear counter areas clean and uncluttered

Other tasks as requested
