The Patient Liaison supports nutrition services for the PMH Healthy Teaching Kitchen to help achieve the best possible quality, experience and affordability outcomes for patients. The Patient Liaison provides supervision and support for the volunteer staff and works as part of an integrated care team that includes registered dietitians, on-site volunteers, and clinic staff to effectively address the needs of patients in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. The Patient Navigator has a solid understanding of the various Providence-provided and community-provided resources that relate specifically to food insecurity and can advise patients on how to best take advantage of these resources. This position will help oversee the daily operations of the Teaching Kitchen and will ensure the highest level of customer service to patients, families, and community partners.Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. 3 years Customer-service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

Education in a health-related field

Healthcare environment

3 years Progressive job responsibility or supervisory experience

Experience with patient contact

Experience facilitating group sessions and/or discussions
