Description We are in search of a Payroll Specialist to join our client's team located in Clackamas, OR. As a Payroll Specialist, you will manage various payrolls, ensure compliance with multi-state payroll regulations, and handle W2s. Your role will also involve using the ADP Vantage software, among other tasks. Responsibilities: Accurately manage multiple payrolls for different locations Ensure compliance with multi-state payroll regulations Handle W2 forms accurately and on time Utilize ADP Vantage software for payroll processing Ensure all accounting and auditing tasks related to payroll are completed accurately Oversee benefit functions as they relate to payroll Ensure the timely and accurate processing of biweekly payroll Regularly update and maintain payroll records.Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role Proficiency in accounting functions is required Experience in auditing is necessary Familiarity with benefit functions is essential Knowledge of ADP is highly preferred Ability to handle full cycle payroll is needed Experience with multi-state payroll is required Understanding of W2 forms is necessary Capacity to process biweekly payroll is essentialRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
