Retail POS Test Lead JOB DESCCRIPTION • Work with BA on requirements elicitation, analysis and refinement and derive detailed test scenarios • Drive test planning and strategy and preparation of detailed test cases based on business requirements/acceptance criteria • Lead end to end testing efforts based on strong experience in retail POS systems • Collaborate with other upstream and downstream business systems and partner teams for testing and validation activities • Conduct test and defect management and test reporting with proficiency in JIRA/HP ALM/Azure DevOps • Provide UAT support to business users • To assist project manager in scope management, tasks and critical milestones tracking from a quality perspective • To articulate risks and issues, assist in defect triage and help prioritize fixes to unblock QA teams What are the top 3 Must Haves for this role? 1.
