There's room to grow as a budding entrepreneur. We are looking for a Senior Program Manager for our Client in the Portland Area. This will be a hybrid schedule, remote and 2-3 days onsite a week. Possible 100% remote.

Exciting work you'll do:
  • Executing programs from ground up, driving cross-functional collaboration and bringing stakeholders together that may have different ways of working/driving alignment.
  • Project Management to include road mapping, governance, stakeholder mgmt., etc.
  • Drive alignment with senior leaders.
  • Drive creative problem solving with various tools, keynote, PowerPoint, Office
  • Drive key strategic projects and operationalize strategies
  • Project management ownership for priority projects

What you will need:
  • 3+ years' experience in Project, Program, or Portfolio Management
  • MBA a plus
  • Ability to tactically deliver messaging to multiple levels of leadership
  • Knowledge and experience in a design and technology organization
  • Experience with both traditional and agile project management methodologies
  • Comfortable working in a highly ambiguous, very fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders
