There's room to grow as a budding entrepreneur. We are looking for a Senior Program Manager for our Client in the Portland Area. This will be a hybrid schedule, remote and 2-3 days onsite a week. Possible 100% remote. Exciting work you'll do: - Executing programs from ground up, driving cross-functional collaboration and bringing stakeholders together that may have different ways of working/driving alignment.
- Project Management to include road mapping, governance, stakeholder mgmt., etc.
- Drive alignment with senior leaders.
- Drive creative problem solving with various tools, keynote, PowerPoint, Office
- Drive key strategic projects and operationalize strategies
- Project management ownership for priority projects
What you will need: - 3+ years' experience in Project, Program, or Portfolio Management
- MBA a plus
- Ability to tactically deliver messaging to multiple levels of leadership
- Knowledge and experience in a design and technology organization
- Experience with both traditional and agile project management methodologies
- Comfortable working in a highly ambiguous, very fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders
