There's room to grow as a budding entrepreneur. We are looking for an experience Program/Project Manager for an exciting sustainable products program. This is a 1- year contract project.

Exciting work you will do:
  • Managing project plan on daily/weekly/monthly basis through:
    • Status reports
    • Meeting notes
    • Identification of risks/opportunities with reference to scope, budget, schedule, etc.
  • Meeting scheduling and facilitation (work track teams, LTs, Steer Co meetings and other decision forums)
  • Developing and maintaining key tools and assets to align teams around objectives, establish goals, and make progress towards shared outcomes (A3s, status reports, roadmaps, timelines, frameworks, project plans, stakeholder maps, dependency maps, Air Table, etc.)
  • Managing program portfolio(s) including owning overall program plan, identifying dependencies, value drops, milestones, etc.
  • Integrating master project plan with cross-functional and geo project plans and combining workstreams into one global POV

What you will need:
  • Experienced enterprise level portfolio manager:
  • PM experience for cross-functional projects/programs
  • Time management and follow-through
  • Self-starter/proactive problem solver
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to derive structure from ambiguity
  • Communication skills (build trust, follow up, over-communicate)
  • Organization skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Sustainability/ Supply Chain background, and/or large cross-functional transformational experience beneficial
