Successful candidates will have 2+ years of hands-on experience as a software QA engineer, excellent collaboration and communication skills, and a passion for quality. From a candidate perspective, we are targeting experience with most of the following:

• 2+ years of QA experience
• Some exposure to automated testing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, database technologies, and reporting
• Knowledge of software quality assurance techniques and best practices
• Experience developing testing strategies
