Salesforce Administrator Technology: Salesforce.comJob Type: PermanentLocation: RemoteTravel: 25%Compensation: $80,000-$100,000Date Posted: November 10, 2021 A Salesforce end-user in the product sales space is hiring a Salesforce Administrator to join an established team of Salesforce Adminstrators, Developers, and Analysts. The ideal candidate has worked with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Any experience with Field Service Lightning and marketing automation via Pardot is preferred. If you do not have all relevant experience but are interested and think you would be a fit, don't hesitate to apply! Job Requirements: - 2+ years' experience in a Salesforce Administration role
- Proficient with declarative tools like flows, reports & dashboards, custom fields / pages / objects, etc
- Experience working with non-technical Salesforce end users
- Ability to work interdepartmentally across separate business units
- Any exposure to Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Pardot is strongly considered
- Productive in an Agile/SCRUM environment
Basic Qualifications: - Certifications listed below are in order of relevance. These are preferred but not required - hands-on experience is considered over certifications
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies highly preferred (CSM / PMP / Agile Practitioner) certifications are also taken into consideration)
- Bachelor's (B.S.) Degree, and Master's Degree or equivalent work experience, ideally in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field(s)
