- 2+ years' experience with Salesforce
- 2+ years' experience with SAP (preferred)
- Exposure to one or more of the following Salesforce Cloud environments:
- Sales, Service, Marketing, or Experience
- Experience with one or more of the following Salesforce ancillary applications:
- Tableau CRM, Pardot, Salesforce Maps, or DocuSign
- Adhere to Salesforce best practices and guide an ongoing implementation
- Liaise with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate to technical requirements
- Liaise with non-technical business end-users within Sales and Customer Success teams to understand end user needs within Salesforce CRM
- Effective communication style
- Certifications listed below are in order of relevance. These are preferred but not required - hands-on experience is prioritized
- Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Pardot Specialist
- Bachelor's (B.S.) Degree or equivalent experience, ideally in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields
- Act as a key resource for outlining functional and technical requirements
- Contribute to a robust team but be able to work independently
- Work with technical SFDC counterparts to understand the scope of projects and provide constructive criticism when applicable on technical requirements
- Be comfortable interfacing cross functionally with various business unit leaders
- Question around and work to identify areas of improvement current SFDC features and upcoming SFDC projects
- Confidently act as a key resource for your team and lead by example with Salesforce best practices
- Stay current on new features of application to ensure company is utilizing the application as effectively as possible
