Opportunity: 6+ Month Contract Location: Greensboro/ Triad Area

Description

  • Define and become the voice of the VGTNA SFDC org training material
  • Update and/or write training material ensuring a consistent voice and required knowledge of SFDC
  • Work with others, including those outside the VGTNA SFDC team, to identify and align on training needs and practices
  • Define documentation and training standards
  • Responsible for the execution of SFDC tool(s) which are focused on training and increasing user awareness, i.e. InApp Guidance
  • Align and participate in training sessions for VGTNA SFDC solutions and users
  • Be an active and vocal participate in team meetings and activities, including Agile processes and ceremonies
Requirements

  • Multiple years of experience in SFDC with a focus on end user training
  • Self-motivated and passionate about gaining and sharing knowledge with others
  • Must be able to work independently to understand and document solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Tools & PowerPoint
