Exciting work you will do:

Immediate opening for Scrum Master consultant to join our managed service team serving a large local client. We're looking for a seasoned consultant who canstand up newly formed agile teams learning to operate using agile methods. Most of the organization will have been through CSM training by the end of the summer.
  • Focus on standing up the teams, getting them running with all their ceremonies/cadences and new ways of working.
  • Stakeholder management understanding client standards and guidelines the teams should adhere to as they begin forming and coaching teams accordingly

What you will need:
  • Proven experience successfully leading multiple agile scrum teams at the same time
  • Capable of supporting new agile scrum teams as they storm (learn roles, create initial backlog, etc.), form (team agreements, DoD, etc.), norm (ceremonies, work definition, sizing, etc.), and perform (sprint execution, team improvements, etc.)
  • Able to effectively coach all members of/around the agile scrum team - including Product Owner, delivery team members, stakeholders, etc. - on the organization's agile operational model
  • Familiarity with useful metrics & methods for assessing and monitoring agile team maturity and effectiveness
  • Positive, collaborative, and patient approach
