Turnitin is seeking a highly motivated Senior Network Engineer with experience managing enterprise and data center network infrastructures. This role will be part of the Infrastructure Engineering team overseeing the global Turnitin network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with enterprise and data center network technologies, automation tools, and a background in managing secure network solutions. ResponsibilitiesTake personal responsibility to ensure operational excellence of on-premises and cloud infrastructure servicesCollaborate with infrastructure architects to build solutions supporting on-premises and cloud infrastructure servicesWork closely with operations and engineering teams to gather requirements, analyze, and propose infrastructure solutionsDevelop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, policies, procedures, and best practicesTake lead on individual and team projects, ensuring all processes, procedures, and timelines are metTroubleshoot and remediate any events impacting the operation and availability of the global network infrastructureParticipate in 24x7 on-call
