CGS Business Solutions is currently accepting resumes for a Sr. Product Manager role focused in the software digital services space.

Job Duties/Responsibilities
  • Develop portfolio of digital services and own the implementation and go-to-market strategy.
  • Lead and coordinate organic and inorganic efforts for portfolio development and management.
  • Investigate, evaluate, and develop relationships and business agreements with technology partners.
  • Use the voice of the customer to develop a pipeline of beneficial services and features.
  • Develop and write Business Opportunity Proposals, Marketing Requirements Documents, and tollgate presentations.
  • Collect, analyze, and communicate customer requirements for additional services to the digital platform and recommend functional specification, technology basis, and cost goals for engineering.
  • Work through pricing analysis to optimize the costs of services from each coordinated company and pricing aligned with value to the customer to grow revenue and margins per business targets. Provide revenue forecasts and financial calculations, including Payback, ROI, and NPV.
  • Work with Finance and our subscription billing company to add billing, and payment requirements to the system and ensure an accurate tie-off with all functional components and databases.
  • Build and provide oral presentations on digital service opportunities and platform strategy.
  • Develop and execute new service introduction plans and collaborate with the creation of sales collateral and new product-specific introductions.
  • Work with Sales to train and strategize efforts to ensure product sales match annual product revenue goals.
  • Ensure effective communication across functional departments regarding all aspects of the digital platform portfolio.
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications/requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
  • 5-8 years of experience in Product Management or Business Development, proven success in developing, selling, and commercializing SaaS/digital services and creating SaaS platform strategies.
  • Proven success in identifying, analyzing, contacting, vetting, and onboarding/integrating SaaS companies.
  • Knowledge and/or experience with digital services
  • Superior presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent listening skills that provide a complete understanding of customer needs and the ability to successfully translate those needs into customer requirements that can be communicated and understood across functional departments.
  • Ability to work well across functions, demonstrating the following values: Curious, Passionate, Resourceful, Accountable, Teamwork, Committed, Open, and Energizing.
  • Versed in Microsoft Office computer software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
