Exciting work you will do: As part of the Consumer Creation Operations Team, the Sr Project Manager will lead and facilitate effective collaboration of project contributors across Tech, Product and Sales teams to deliver efficient and timely projects by creating program controls and governance standards. Candidates with previous experience working with large cross-functional teams at the global and geo level, that can support process, technology and governance improvements will be the most successful. We have complex systems housing information and digital assets that require a person who understands the value and criticality of effective project management and stakeholder engagement. To be successful, you need to be comfortable formulating and driving actionable recommendations to solve complex problems, performing risk and issue management at the project level to effectively navigate and influence stakeholders.
  • This position will need to create and maintain project plans, define project scope, manage timelines and deliverables, and ensure timely escalations to leadership.
  • Create project plan frameworks, end-to-end mapping of change impacts, and rollout strategy for transformation projects within Consumer Creation and Tech.
  • Participate in the coordination, design and facilitation of workshops, working sessions, and meetings.
  • Solicit feedback and listens to partners to evaluate the transition landscape to generate user-centric updates or innovative approaches for enhancing project effectiveness.
  • Map the flow of information and digital assets such as product imagery throughout the creation and distribution processes of an enterprise.
  • Recommend long-term project plan that incorporates process, technology, and governance improvements
  • This work will involve projects from technology deployments to large-scale process change initiatives.
  • This position will report directly to the VP of Digital Product Creation (DPC) and receive close feedback and direction from the Product Security Team. Your key stakeholders include leadership and project teams throughout Product, Tech, Sales and the operations team that support them at the global and geo level.

What you will need:
  • 5+ years' previous experience in program management, project management or related field and demonstrated mastery of fundamental program and project management skills
  • Experience with matrixed technology teams within large companies
  • Experience with the flow of information and digital assets such as product imagery throughout the creation and distribution processes of an enterprise
  • Highly motivated & self-starter
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of communicating plans across a complex matrix on a global, geo and functional basis
  • Comfortable providing consistent updates and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Can work well with others and excel working cross-functionally
  • Experience in project management software preferred
  • Proven ability to successfully navigate and get things done within a large, highly matrixed, and complex organization
  • Excellent communication skills (building presentations, editing, and writing) with proven experience leading discussions with senior leadership
  • Demonstrated experience working in team-oriented roles that rely on ability to collaborate with others
  • Ability to comprehend business needs, synthesize technical and specialized knowledge and translate them into a cohesive strategy
  • Tolerance for ambiguity, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to work well with a large variety of personalities at all levels of business
