RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manages assigned IT Desktop Support and Asset Management Lifecycle projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project. - Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, budget and funding, and staffing. - Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed. - Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders. - Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports. - Liaises with multiple cross-functional teams onsite and remote. - Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Bachelor's degree required (especially in the project management, computer science or engineering scope). - PMP-PMI certification required. - SCRUM or Waterfall certification (at least one of those required, more preferred). - 10 experience managing IT-related projects in a Fortune 500 global company with a proven track record of successful launches required, preferred with IT Support, IT Asset Management, or similar areas. - Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices required, preferred familiarity with IT standards such as SSAE SOC2, ISO 27001, PCI, HIPAA/HITECH, NIST, CSA/CCM, and knowledge of Windows/Mac hardware and technology. - Experience liaising with C-level executives. - Computer proficiency in programs such as SharePoint, Box, Slack and the Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. - Business strategy aptitude with decision-making and leadership skills. - Ability to work in a high-pressure, complex, rapidly-changing corporate environment. - Positive opinions on Nike/Converse brands and products required, brand engagement preferred. Physical Requirements: - Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and conference calls. - Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times, as needed. HOURS AND LOCATION: - Location is onsite at client premises in Beaverton, OR. - Ability to work remotely if needed. - Schedule shift will be during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8AM - 5PM local time. Some off-hours work may be required as needed. - No travel is expected but may happen on occasion as needed.
