A Salesforce end-user in the SaaS space is hiring a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join an established team of Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and Analysts. This person will be working on a full stack re-implementation of Salesforce Lightning across multiple business units, working with Sales, Service, and Community Clouds as well as Salesforce CPQ. Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience with Salesforce Administration / configuration
  • Experience with Sales, Service, and Community (Experience) Cloud
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ and/or NetSuite preferred
  • Proficient with complex Flows, APEX triggers, and systems integration tools
  • Exposure to ETL tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica preferred
  • Comfortable with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Atlissan, etc
  • Productive in an Agile/SCRUM environment and capable of leading SCRUM teams and/or Sprints as needed
  • Ability to liaise with non-technical end users as well as business stakeholders

Basic Qualifications:

  • Certifications listed below are in order of relevance. These are preferred but not required - hands-on experience is considered over certifications
    • Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator
    • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I
    • Salesforce Community Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies highly preferred (CSM / PMP / Agile Practitioner) certifications are also taken into consideration)
  • Bachelor's (B.S.) Degree, and Master's Degree or equivalent work experience, ideally in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field(s)
