DutiesDevelops vision, objectives and strategy for a Technology product or program. Ensures all are aligned with business strategies and budget. Establishes and maintains cross-functional coordination. Maintains ultimate responsibility regarding program objectives operating within financial and resource constraints. Manages project dependencies within the product/program and builds the team. Ensures relationships, performance, and communications are well managed. Ensures proper Project Management staffing for all projects within the product/ program; helps develop objectives and scope. Acts as an escalation point for issues that impact the product/programs cost, schedule, and/or performance.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
  • We are hiring for the position of Planning Shared Services Platform Technology Product Manager (TPM) supporting the Planning & Manufacturing domain.
  • As the Senior Product Manager of Planning Shared Services Platform, Technical Product Management, you will be key part of digital transformation of Client’s demand planning technology for Client Direct and Wholesale accounts, focused on user journeys and experiences and applications that will bring the planning platforms to life for our users. As a Sr Technical Product Manager, this role will entail contributing to strategy, vision and shaping the product roadmap in the above area by using your industry knowledge, technical acumen and ability to influence while working with several Cross Functional Global and Geo stakeholders (Business, Product, Engineering, UX and Architecture). This role will apply product management and design thinking to deliver and evolve technology products that drive measurable value and delight users. The key deliverables will include building and executing on the product vision and roadmap to deliver on our goals for cost, service, convenience, innovation and sustainability.
  • As a Technical product manager, you will focus on driving excellence in product and platform strategy and execution. You will work in close collaboration with various teams within Global Technology (e.g., Digital Technology Program Office, Engineering leaders) and key Functional Teams across the business (e.g., Business Product Management, Consumer Planning, MPU planning). Technical product managers will require experience designing creative, quality technical products and enabling business capabilities and objectives through technology.
  • Manage end-end product lifecycle
  • Own a product or platform of medium to high complexity and scale and delivery of relevant features. Propose enhancements and be accountable for execution, measurement of outcomes, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive product discovery and research to bring clarity to epics and features while partnering with cross-functional team including business, design, engineering, data science, architecture and data teams. Be the final decision maker for prioritization of the team’s work
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the users of the product/platform and applies this in developing proposals and in executing changes.
  • Drive towards north star vision while building a high-performing squad aligned on a common goal
  • Challenge status quo and innovate to help define future of planning solutions leveraging analytics & automations
  • Participate in scrum ceremonies with the squad – backlog grooming, sprint planning, retro etc.
  • Represent your product in program ceremonies and contribute to overall program roadmap
  • Highlight risks and remove roadblocks
  • Write and refine stories for clarity, business value, and acceptance criteria
  • Assist in customer adoption while partnering with business success managers
  • Celebrate wins with team
  • Deliver value to the business via products & platforms while elevating product management maturity
  • Collaborate in development of product and business KPIs to help inform product & platform decisions
  • Drive aligned priorities and sequencing factoring in aligned value and outcomes
  • Drive adherence to all standard TPM ways of working (e.g., process, artifacts, templates, collaboration models)
  • Track value delivered, product adoption, performance, and execution against the end to end roadmap and adjusting roadmaps as necessary

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITHYou will be responsible for working closely with Engineering teams, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., other TPM's, BPM’s, analytics), and facilitating decision-making across priorities with Portfolio Management. You will work with our business product management teams within Demand & Supply to understand the needs and aspirations of both our Client consumers and Client planners. Work with end users and designers to understand and empathize their need while crafting long-term sustainable solutions

WHAT YOU BRINGYou should be skilled in product management, leveraging analytics, a structured and data-driven thinker, and excellent interpersonal skills. Experience designing creative, quality technical products and enabling business capabilities and objectives through technology will be critical. You should be comfortable conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and analytics. Additionally, you should be a skilled communicator with experience forming alliances and bringing together multiple stakeholders to execute on a common mission.

We're looking for someone with at least 5+ years of experience in product management and clearly demonstrated these skills:
