Our mission is to build long-lasting relationships through successful candidate placements, to conduct business with utmost professionalism and courtesy, and to achieve rewarding business performance results.The potential candidate will be directed by our Portland, OR Office Account Manager to work with and support assigned accounts utilizing First Teks Job Diva Database as well as Client Vendor Management Systems (Fieldglass, IQ Navigator, Beeline, WAND, etc.).Job Duties:Assist Account Manager regarding new requisitions and speaking with account manager to learn about the requirements, ask questions, and strategize on recruitment.Assist with posting and distributing open job descriptions.Coordinating with recruiters and reviewing candidate submittals.Submitting summary write ups into both Job Diva ATS as well as Client 's VMS (Fieldglass, IQ Navigator, Beeline, WAND, etc.).Coordinating client interviews.Assist in candidates prep calls or their interviews.Send confirmation emails to new hires, collect photo, NDA, and upload into VMS.POC for contractors regarding questions on W2, payroll, HR, timesheet/timecard issues, sick leave request and tracking, and benefits.Check in with contractors weekly to ensure retention and satisfaction.Advise contractors on issues with their assignment, provide feedback, discuss performance plan.Join monthly Supplier intake sync to receive program information and updates.REQUIRED:Candidates considered must have at a minimum 2-3 years' experience as an administrator/coordinator preferably in the staffing industry!Must have excellent and proficient Data Entry skills.Must be a self-starter who can work with minimal guidance.The candidate must have a dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to be able the multi-task and assist the Sales & Recruitment Team.Must be able to handle a stressful environment & multiple job orders.Must have experience maneuvering through job boards such as Monster, Dice, Career Builder, etc.Strong Plus:Familiarity with any Vendor Management Systems such as Fieldglass, IQ Navigator, Beeline, WAND, etc.Full-cycle recruitment all the way through offer, on-boarding and off-boarding
