Key Person must be an extensive expert with IBM RACF and Vanguard tools.Required skills and experience:- Expert knowledge and experience in RACF tools – System Development and Administration Level
- Expert knowledge and experience in RACF Security Administration – System Development and Administration Level
- Expert knowledge and experience with Vanguard tool
- Expert knowledge and experience in IBM/Interskill interactions with Vanguard
- Demonstrated experience training a group of individuals on RACF and Vanguard tools
- Demonstrated experience working independently with minimal supervision and direction
- Previous experience in state or local Oregon government agencies or for Human Services organizations in other states.
- Demonstrated experience developing analysis and design documentation necessary for the construction, testing and implementation of identified tasks to be completed.
Required with minimum of six years of experience as a Senior Mainframe Developer using the following:- RACF
- Vanguard Tools
- COBOL
- CICS
- DB2
- JCL
- TSO/ISPF
- EZ+
Additional Skills and experience:- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent ability to translate complex information with various business teams
- Previous experience leading projects from start to completion
- Ability to work inside of a team with strong teamwork skills
- Familiarity with system development Lifecycle

Covendis rate card description for an IBM Specialty Software Architect IV:A software architect is an individual that works closely the IBM Software Group to plan, design, implement, and integrate IBM software solutions. Possesses in-depth skill in multiple IBM software products. Minimum of 10+ years’ experience.Our primary criteria are the qualifications and experience of the proposed key person. Please propose your strongest candidate, at a rate less than or equal to the maximum.Interviews will be conducted via MS Teams. Interview times will reflect Pacific Standard Time.Due to circumstances beyond our control, we anticipate two weeks or more for the background check completion for the selected candidate.Key Person may work remotely, on the condition that the Key Person consistently demonstrates a capability for the work and attentiveness to timeframes and working requirements.Any decision to allow telecommuting will be contingent upon the key person demonstrating a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills. Telecommuting will also be contingent upon the key person providing his/her own adequate computer, monitor(s), Internet connection, and telephone, and be readily available during normal working hours (PST) via phone, email or MS Teams. Access to Agency systems will be provided via Citrix Remote Desktop or similar software. No hardware or additional software will be provided at the key person's home site or his/her PC, unless a specific device is required to perform assigned duties (such as Multi-Factor Authentication devices).As agreed to between the Agency Authorized Representative and the key person, any decision to allow telecommuting is made with the understanding that decision will be re-evaluated by the Agency Authorized Representative on a regular basis. Onsite work may be required at any time by the Agency Authorized Representative, if a demonstrated need arises on behalf of the Key Person's understanding and/or working capabilities.
