Accounting Analyst

Description Robert Half is partnering with a prestigious company who is seeking an Accounting Analyst located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Accounting Analyst, you will provide essential financial support and perform a variety of accounting functions. You will be involved in the monthly closing process, maintain internal control systems, and assist with invoice and payroll processing.What you get to do every single day: Assist with the management of the monthly closing process and the issuance of financial reporting packages. Maintain and improve internal control systems to ensure accuracy in financial statements. Regularly prepare account reconciliations. Support the submission and processing of invoices. Contribute to payroll processing and reporting tasks. Review and process balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries. Generate and distribute general accounting reports as required. Conduct a monthly review of financial data and report any concerns or observations. Perform financial planning and analysis as needed.
