Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.

Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.

Prepare financial statements and reports for senior management and external stakeholders.

Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial forecasts and insights.

Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Collaborate with auditors and other external parties for audits and reviews.

Mentor and develop a team of accounting professionals, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a professional accounting role Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is necessary Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions is required Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) management Knowledge of Auditing practices and principles is important Experience in Billing Functions is beneficial Candidates must have the right to work in the hiring location Good communication and interpersonal skills are necessary Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
