Accounts Payable Clerk

Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Hazle Township, Pennsylvania. This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to accounts payable within our team, providing essential support in managing and maintaining our financial records.Responsibilities: Accurately processing invoices and ensuring they are appropriately approved and coded Entering data into our accounting system and maintaining accurate records Matching invoices against outstanding purchase orders and resolving any discrepancies Processing documentation for new vendors and conducting regular vendor maintenance Managing the reconciliation of statements and balance sheet accounts Handling the processing of inter-company invoices and check requests Completing 1099 processing and other related tasks as necessary Responding promptly and professionally to phone calls and emails related to accounts payable Ensuring accurate and efficient receipt of invoices Performing disbursement duties as required.for immediate consideration please apply directly to job posting or call 610-882-1600Requirements Must have proficiency in Account Reconciliation Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) is required Should be able to handle Check Runs effectively Knowledge of Coding Invoices is mandatory Proficient in Data Entry Should have experience in Invoice Processing Must have strong skills in Microsoft Excel Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
