Accounts Payable Clerk

Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Lafayette Hill, PA. Working within the healthcare, hospitals, and social assistance industry, you'll be integral to our team's operations, handling a variety of tasks related to customer accounts and inquiries. This role is based in an on-site location and demands a high degree of organization and detail-orientation.Responsibilities: Efficiently processing customer credit applications Keeping accurate records of customer credit Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary Reviewing invoices rather than processing them Performing data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy Utilizing QuickBooks and other ERP systems for various tasks Printing checks as part of the accounts payable process Maintaining a digital environment and minimizing paper usage Managing vendor relationships and accounts payable duties.Requirements Must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role, preferably within the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industry. Proficiency in Accounts Payable processes and procedures is required. Experience in Account Reconciliation is necessary for managing and maintaining financial records. Vendor Management skills are essential for coordinating and working with suppliers. Ability to thoroughly Review Invoices to ensure accurate financial reporting. Strong Data Entry skills are needed for inputting and managing financial data. Experience with QuickBooks is desired for managing and tracking financial transactions.
