Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity in the healthcare industry, specifically for an Accounts Payable Clerk role based in Hatfield, Pennsylvania. Within this role, you will be tasked with handling a variety of responsibilities, including data entry, account reconciliation, and other key tasks associated with accounts payable.Responsibilities: Accurately input data regarding invoices into our ERP system, ensuring attention to detail and efficiency. Conduct regular check runs to ensure smooth financial operations. Manage account reconciliation tasks, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up to date. Use your skills in Microsoft Excel and Outlook to manage, analyze, and present data. Handle coding invoices, ensuring accurate categorization for our financial records. Leverage your knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) principles to manage and maintain our financial system. Utilize software like Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to streamline our financial operations. Ensure all invoice processing is conducted in a timely and accurate manner.Requirements Proven experience in Account Reconciliation, demonstrating ability to identify discrepancies and resolve financial issues accurately and promptly. Prior working knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP), showing the capability to handle payment operations and manage vendor relationships. Familiarity with running Check Runs, ensuring that all necessary payments are made in a timely and efficient manner. Proficiency in Coding Invoices, showing a strong understanding of coding and categorizing financial data accurately. Experience in Invoice Processing, showing ability to handle a high volume of invoices, matching them with purchase orders and processing them for payment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, demonstrating ability to use advanced functions for financial tracking and reporting. Experience working with Oracle financial software, showing familiarity with its use for managing business operations and financial data. Knowledge of QuickBooks, demonstrating the ability to manage and track financial transactions efficiently.
