Accounts Receivable

Description The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of accounts receivable including invoicing, collections, customer service, and resolving discrepancies related to customer accounts. The successful candidate should be detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and possess strong communication skills.Responsibilities:

Oversees all accounts receivable functions including invoicing, cash receipts, credit memos, and billing adjustments.

Consistently follows up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collections.

Collaborates with the sales department to verify customer details and resolve disputes.

Maintains accurate and updated customer information in the company database.

Prepares detailed and accurate reports on accounts receivable status.

Adheres to internal controls and procedures for accounts receivable.

Supports other accounting projects as required.

Requirements

Qualification & Requirements:

Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Bachelor's degree will be a plus.

At least two years of experience in accounts receivable or similar role.

Experience with accounting software and MS Excel.

Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Strong team player with a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
