Looking for an Administrative Assistant for a local growing Rigging and Machinery moving company, in a casual but bustling office environment. Starting at part-time; flexible hours- Monday through Friday. We are looking for someone that will assume the duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in our office.
We need someone who works efficiently, independently, and most importantly organized. The perfect fit will be someone who can roll with the punches, great sense of humor, not easily offended and leave their personal drama at the door! Oh, and must love dogs!
Some Responsibilities are:
File and update contact information of employees, customers, and suppliers
Maintain a filing system that is already in-place
Answer and make phone calls
Maintain contact lists
Order office supplies
Book travel arrangements for executives and employees
Abilities and Skills:
Proven admin or assistant experience
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficient in MS Office
