Requirements Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls effectively Exceptional customer service skills with a customer-centric approach Demonstrated ability in data entry with high attention to detail and accuracy Skilled in email correspondence, with the ability to draft, edit and send detail oriented emails Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word Experience in scheduling appointments, coordinating calendars, and managing meeting logistics Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment High level of organization and time management skills Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred Previous experience in an administrative role would be advantageous.
