This is an exciting opportunityfor someone whothrives in an interesting and challenging work environment. You willcontributeto the department by providing administrative and secretarial for the department, and other such tasks as assigned to you.Core responsibilities include:Providing administrative support to the CyLab Director to include detailed calendar management, complex domestic and international travel arrangements, and itineraries, purchasing of supplies, preparing expense reimbursements, and reconciling purchases.Processing and submitting faculty and student reimbursements and obtain necessary exception approvals and receipts as needed.Maintaining department calendar to ensure that time-critical issues such as group meetings, project reviews, etc. are identified and adhered to.Providing administrative support to the pico team on purchasing supplies, expense reimbursements and reconciling purchases.Other duties as assigned.Flexibility, excellence, and passion are vital qualities within Carnegie Mellon.
