ResponsibilitiesThe Administrative Assistant III (Retail Services) provides administrative support to the VP of Retail Services , keeping the highest degree of discretion in confidential matters. The role will provide administrative support which includes but is not limited to preparing and maintaining files and documents, compile data & deliver reports, coordinating calendars, managing budgets, planning meetings & events, delivering meeting minutes, supporting the entire branch network, and delivering on projects. The role will also compile data, deliver and montior reports, prepare meeting agendas, deliver meeting minutes, plan and set up retail events, and responds to calls, emails, and direct inquiries with urgency. Some degree of creativity, proactivity, data analysis and problem-solving skills are required to effectively thrive in this role. Finally, the role works cooperatively with various teams across the credit union to accomplish work, provide solutions to retail-specific focuses, and collaborate on special projects which include updating and compiling complex spreadsheets, documents, and presentations.This position may provide coverage, as needed for other departments and/or functions that are within the scope of this position.

This is a hybrid opportunity that will require you to be in office at our Headquarters (in Enola, PA) 2-3 days per week. This position may require in-person training.SKILLS
