Achieve your goals and make a difference with our team!DESCRIPTION OF WORKIn this position, you will support the Deputy MH/DS Administrator and administrative program staff through clerical assignments, administrative functions, and special projects. Your work will involve communication and scheduling, data management and reporting, reviewing and maintaining documents, and additional duties as needed. This includes typing correspondence and other documents, prooing and copying, and scheduling meetings, as well as interacting with management personnel for provider agencies, social service agencies, consumers, families, support groups, and other staff members in person, in writing, via email, and over the phone.Our team will rely on you to ensure that your project deadlines are met with timeliness and accuracy. Additional responsibilities include running reports for data on consumer health, safety, and related areas of focus; processing incoming mail and requests according to office policies and procedures; and assisting other staff members with invoices, events, and other related duties as needed. Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
