My clients, a biotechnology is conducting a search for an Administrative professional to support their team. This Administrative Assistant will also serve as the front desk Receptionist. Responsible for clerical and organizational tasks like filing, organizing, scheduling appointments, entering data into excel, running weekly reports, managing calendars and meeting rooms, assisting other staff members, and drafting correspondences or messages. A few Responsibilities:

Provide general office and secretarial support to the Manager or Director, including, typing, transcription, file maintenance, handling inquiries, scheduling meetings and appointments and other office support functions

Review time sheets and reports and help with payroll when needed.

Monitor budget activities and analyze trends.

Participate or handle special projects as appropriate.

Preferred Qualifications:

ERP experience (nonspecific)

2+ years of admin experience

Microsoft excel experience

Calendar management
