We are currently recruiting for a full time position (Monday - Friday from 9 -5) that is based in our NEW Chalfont location.
Daily you will be interacting with a diverse group of clients and clinicians answering their questions, scheduling appointments, taking orders and assisting with various other administrative duties.
Your typical day will include:
Managing information: Preparing, organizing, and storing information in digital and paper formats
. Managing appointments: Scheduling appointments for fitters
. Communicating: Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and communicating with clients and clinicians
. Maintaining office systems: Ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring systems run smoothly
. Liaising with others: Working with staff in other locations, vendors, and clinicians
. Maintaining records: Keeping records up to date and storing them in accordance with data protection laws
With your excellent communication and listening skills, customer centric philosophy, attention to detail, independent thinking, empathetic understanding, and knowledge of our business, you will be responsible for helping to create a friendly and efficient office to meet the needs of our clients.
