Job Responsibilities
  • Analyze data to support total cost of ownership and overall cost reductions. Generate strategic reports to support ongoing vendor management (Score cards, metrics). Analyze data to find opportunities forimprovement with regards to maintenance expense, service provider selection, & retail store improvement.
  • Generate analytics & reports out of the Asset Management System to help support the equipment and service selection processes. The reports consist of evaluating cost/benefit of equipment and service provider selections. This data is used to support decision making on store construction projects and service provider selections.
  • Analyze M&R financial data to support a planned asset replacement program. Assist in the development of and be responsible for the process of the program. Analyze M&R data, understand equipment life cycles and provide direction/recommendations.
  • Point of contact for the repair vs. replace process. Perform the analysis and provide direction/recommendation to the Operations and Asset Management Teams.
  • Key contact for our retail customer and external service providers regarding maintenance quotes and service requests that require further support above the Call Center level. Through continual communication, the M&R Analyst becomes a part of the work order life cycle.
  • Support the asset management system by performing various administrative activities.
  • Support the budget process by; creating templates & supplying expense analysis for maintenance budget creation, uploading budget data into the financial tool, providing reports to leadership and execute budgetadjustments.
