Anticipated Cafeteria Aide

Bellefonte Area School District is accepting applications for the position of Anticipated Cafeteria Aide at Benner Elementary School.Duties:Establish and maintain a calm pleasant atmosphere in the cafeteria, as well as assist with school food service.Qualifications:Academic: Minimum High school diploma. Experience: Minimum Experience working with children.Preferred - Experience working in school cafeteria operations.Mathematical: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure; and ability to make currency change.Communication: Ability to pleasantly and effectively interact with students and staff.Work Day:2.00 hours/day(subject to change)Work Year:180days/year; 9-month position - 3 paid holidaysLevel: C(2024-2025 school year)This position is in accordance with the currentCollective Bargaining Agreement.Applicants:-Current Clearances Required (within past 5 years)
