Pittsburgh based Real Estate Firm seeks qualified individuals with professional experience to perform

various apartment maintenance. Properties throughout: Shady Side – Mt. Lebanon

Additional duties:

- Painting

- Drywall (repair/installing)

- Prevention maintenance: Changing light bulbs, filters, batteries, etc.

- Cleaning

- Grounds keeping & Landscaping

Duties including but not limited to:

Replacing/Installation

- Garbage disposals

- Dishwashers

- Kitchen & bathroom faucets or sinks

- Toilet

Candidates to be considered are REQUIRED to have:

- Dependable Transportation (Need to use own vehicle)

- Own tools (basic).
