.Net SQL based Qualification/Knowledge with: Working experience with VSTO (Visual Studio Tools for Office applications) for developing MS Office application Add-ins (Office 2007 and Office 2010) will be added advantage 5+ years' hands-on experience developing solutions with Microsoft technologies is required Ability to apply frameworks, standards and patterns Development experience with VC using MFC Development experience with Microsoft's .NET Framework using C# Development experience with relational database technologies and programming, SQL Server Microsoft .Net (C#), WCF and complementary business layer and front-end technologies Database/SQL experience with Oracle 11g, 12c / Oracle SQLDeveloper / TOAD Skills-set/Responsibilities: The ability to quickly learn new concepts and convert into customer solutions Direct customer facing and implementation delivery experience Experienced in configuration and customization in web technologies Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least 5 years IT experience Comprehensive knowledge of object oriented concepts with emphasis on .NET specifications, framework and design patterns using C# Familiar with Agile Methodology and SDLC Manages detailed design phases for large projects/ programs identifying, tracking and resolving technical issues and ensuring solution meets sponsor needs and deliverables Secures enterprise information by determining the overall Application security strategy and requirements planning, implementing, and testing application security systems Responsible for peer code reviews vendor code reviews ensuring that code meets coding standards and security specifications Works with the application team to detect, prioritize, and remediate security defects throughout the software development process Provides input into company's overall Application Security strategy Preparing security standards, policies, and procedures Provides input and co-ordinates with DBA in creating new and modifying existing database structures using different types of databases and recommending appropriate DB based on required functionality across multiple systems Build and deliver complex technical solutions Lead technical project teams of three or more developers Lead technical discovery Give technical presentations Recommend best of breed web applications Direct the work of others and perform hands-on coding, testing, support, or other tasks as necessary to ensure success of the deliverables according to user requirements Assesses current business systems application portfolio for adequacy of resiliency controls and end-to-end systems design/implementation Consults and collaborates with new business system development projects to ensure resilient design is appropriately defined, implemented, tested, and monitored Leads specific efforts focused on improving resiliency, performance, and/or additional operational controls Collaborate among cross-functional technology, business, operations, and vendor teams on resiliency efforts Identifies technical issues and risks and facilitates the mitigation approach Provides critical thinking and technical leadership to teams throughout the SDLC, in the post implementation operations support/BAU phase Works with the technical systems specialist and the business systems specialists from the impacted application groups/3rd parties to understand the current state and constraints for assessing the adequacy of resiliency design and controls Presents the architecture design for reviews as needed
