Application Development Analyst

Job DescriptionCVS Health is the nation's premier health innovation company helping people on their path to better health. We are building a new health care model that is easier to use, less expensive, and puts the consumer at the center of their care. This role is placed in our Enterprise Identity Services team. Our primary function is the management of the process by which we identify our customers regardless of which channel they engage. The identity demographic information is managed by our team in a technology platform intended to provide this data as a consumable asset to improve the functions of our downstream systems that consume this data. This team is tasked with managing this highly strategic platform and process and manage a product roadmap for implementing an identity asset as a strategic value enabler within CVS Health across all lines of business.This role will be responsible for building technical capabilities that meet business requirements and incrementally move the Enterprise Identity Services platform to the future state. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and structured in their approach to problem solving, have excellent communication skills and will require adapting to the communication style of different types of stakeholders.
