Our client in Philadelphia, PA is looking for an Application Support Administrator to support their internal technical operations. This is a fully remote, contract to hire role supporting a well-known organization.

Position Description:

  • Act as an SME for management of application and system issues and provide solutions for all types of users.
  • Manage ticketing and troubleshooting within a queued system.
  • Troubleshooting to find route cause of application issues and identify potential problems.
  • Mesh business skills with technical knowledge to meet the demands of both environments with a proactive mentality.
  • Track performance and general knowledge of all company Applications with advanced knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications, and software.
  • Assist in the delivery and management of all technologies, processes, and integrations for LOBs across and enterprise environment.
  • Facilitate testing on applications including hardware and software pieces, facilitate deployments.
  • Provide support of off-hour issue management within an on-call rotation.
  • Present to various LOBs with upmost technical and non-technical business acumen.

Required Skills:

  • Working understanding of IT principals within directory services, network, and infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and ITIL Framework.
  • Microsoft Windows and Non-WinOS such as Linux Server Administration
  • 1+ years of experience with Kubernetes, containers, and integration.
  • 2+ years of API Integration within Azure, ServiceNow, Thycotic Secret Server, Active Directory, and related.
  • 1+ years within Azure Public cloud solutions.
  • Familiarity with management principals of Public Cloud Offerings (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS, O365, ADO)
  • Knowledge of Azure Data Integration Technologies including Azure Service Bus and Azure Data Factory.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to independently navigate across layers of business teams.
  • Excellent presentation skills.

Bonus Skills:

  • Scripting skills and automation experience utilizing C#, PowerShell, or Python to leverage infrastructure and build processes.
  • Experience with Identify Management SSO/MFA.
  • Structure Data Platform Experience and SQL is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
