Production – AssemblerLocation: Alburtis, PAPay & Shift:1st shift: 5am – 2:30pm ($20)2nd shift: 3pm – 12:30am ($22)Must be okay working OT and on weekends.Skills:

Assembling or sequencing components, specifically tires and wheels at rate to meet customer quality and delivery expectations (placing bolts, screws, installing gears, breaks, rims to tires, etc.)

Use of pneumatic tools and basic hand tools, tape measure

Use of overhead cranes and hoist for moving materials

Job Description:Position is responsible for ASSEMBLY OF WHEELS AND TIRES and related components on the line. All is done to ensure a quality product for placement to the customer in a safe and timely fashion, and to ensure all product is assembled, tested and verified to customer specification.Job duties include:

Responsible for building wheel and tires in an efficient, quality driven manner.

Responsible for productivity, safety and quality goals set by the company.

Assembling or sequencing components, specifically tires and wheels at rate to meet customer quality and delivery expectations (placing bolts, screws, installing gears, breaks, rims to tires, etc.)

Use of pneumatic tools and basic hand tools, tape measure

Use of overhead cranes and hoist for moving materials

Report to Line leader, supervisor and/ or direct manager any problems that could interfere with the delivery of products to customer.

Ensure a clean working environment.

Observe company policies and ensure that all policies are conformed to, including work instructions, SOPs and safety rules.

Support the Quality and Environmental Policies and Management Systems.

Other duties as assigned.
