The I&TProgram Implementation Framework Associate Directoris responsible for developingthe governance, implementingthe framework, and auditing the processes and procedures around demand planning, forecasting, benefits realization,and project/program executionand delivery.

Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Ensure I&T methodology and overarching governance is clear, transparent, adaptable, and compliant including demand planning, forecasting, portfolio management, benefits realization, project/program execution and delivery, and business engagement.

  • Responsible for Process Modeling of the I&T Program Implementation framework and governance structure. Ensure alignment mapping across I&T, I&T Computerized System Assurance, and business.

  • Partner with Head of Digital I&T Portfolio and Value Realization to develop governance around portfolio management and forecasting that is clear, transparent, adaptable, and compliant.

  • Partner with Finance to ensure demand planning and forecasting methodologies are in alignment with company policies and procedures.

  • Ensure compliance/adherence to the governance procedures. Develops and fosters a continuous improvement philosophy and promotes compliance in support of successful operations

  • Maintain research around portfolio management methodologies, technology, and governance and implementing the most current industry standards.

  • Gather feedback and maintain backlog of process and governance changes and improvement requests.

  • Manages and continuously improves processes to drive operational safety

  • Excellence. Develop a full cycle of plan, do, check, act for the I&T Program Implementation Framework to ensure it is implemented, followed, and continuously improved.

  • Evaluates performance against process requirements and implements changes as required.

Position Qualifications and Experience Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in areas IT, Finance, or other related Life Sciences discipline.

Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in governance and operations
  • 3+ years of experience in leadership
  • 3+ years of experience in project and portfolio management
  • Proven ability to communicate a vision with clear objectives, delineation of responsibilities and qualitative/quantitative measures to executives as well as operational stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading complex, multi-site/functional groups
  • Life sciences industry experience.
  • Ability to work across a range of countries and cultures.
