Associate Media Lead

The Associate Media Lead role supports Comoto’s Content & Media department through pre-production, writing and acting as on-camera talent. The Associate Media Lead will focus on motorcycle hard parts install video, apparel focused commerce video, and short-form social media video across all three of our brands. Our ideal candidate has mechanical and riding experience in a wide array of motorcycle segments including but not limited to: American V-Twin, Sport, and ADV-Touring. As you will be responsible for your own script production, this role requires strong writing skills as well as the ability to communicate clearly and effectively on-camera. This position will be based out of our Philadelphia office.

 Our Next Associate Media Lead Will Be Responsible For:Pre-ProductionResearch, source, organize, install, and test pertinent motorcycle hard parts for on-camera presentationWork with the merchandising department to facilitate awareness around parts and gear selection for video production.WritingCollaborate with Video Production Manager to create organized and executable outlines/scripts with a focus on motorcycle gear and hard parts installations.Potential collaboration with Managing Editor of CommonTread to develop requested articles with a focus on motorcycle hard parts or installs.On-camera TalentDeliver commerce video outlines and scripts in a succinct, confident, and personable manner on camera.Understand that creating video content takes exceptional effort, including:Long-hoursCreative collaboration and sharing with an experienced production teamParticular requests needed to maintain a high standard of video (including repetitive script reading, very specific action execution, etc.)The need to maintain a positive and engaged mindset throughout the production processContribute to Comoto social media offerings in publishing of content, brand marketing, and audience engagement.MiscellaneousAs brand-ambassador for Comoto in on-camera mediums, it is imperative to recognize that a Media Host’s demeanor, communication, and collaboration skills on and off-camera are held to very high standard.
