Position: Associate Project Manager

Location: West Point, PA

Duration: 12 Months

Responsibilities:

The basic function of this position is to lead project teams; coordinate, manage and lead cross functional team meetings through various stages of product development through commercialization.
Create, own and execute complex project plans which integrate with program working groups and align with the program timelines.
Typical tasks include leading project team meetings, managing project/program risks, maintaining project schedule/Gantt, driving project teams and activities to completion.
Remote but preferred work in eastern time zone.

Education:

Bachelors in Science, Engineering or related field with over 10 years of project management experience.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills with high level of engagement in collaborative team environments.
Strong technical written and verbal communication skills are needed to synthesize information and clearly correspond across all levels of the organization.
Work requires experience in project and portfolio management; creating and maintaining program budget and managing program resources.
The candidate will work with multiple teams that supports new product introduction and commercialization activities of medical device and combination products.
