Job Title Associate Supplier Quality Engineer

You may contact 888-367-7223, option 5, for assistance.In this role, you have the opportunity toto improve process reliability, capability, repeatability and bring resolutions to quality issues. The supplier quality in this role will lead process controls, project management, process validation and verification, process improvement, supplier auditing, supplier management, and CAPA investigations. You are responsible for- Independently Produces and completes Supplier Quality Engineering related activities and documentation.
- Completes Qualification of materials and components (including spare parts), development/ improvement of supplier processes for CtQ's, supplier process control plans; ensuring that the supplied part meets specifications, and the control limits/tolerances for CtQ parameters are met.
- Qualifies and sustains sub-processes of suppliers, including performing process validations for critical supplier processes impacting part quality.
- Ensures that the components/products at the supplier (including spare parts and services) are released according agreed specification and quality requirements (MQA/APQP / PPAP), and SQ audit results.
- Executes SCAR management, effective and timely closure and Review/risk assessment of QN's and their escalation to SCARs where needed.
- Independently works to deploy common approaches and working methods to drive ''One Philips'' towards Supply Base in the assigned BG or Market.

Mechanical, Industrial, or Biomedical preferred.
- 2+ years experience in related field
- 2 years of GMP manufacturing experience required.
- Requires demonstrated skills in technical innovation, technical leadership, mechanical and or electrical engineering.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills.
- Mechanical and electronic ability aptitude to assist with product trouble-shooting.
- Understanding of and adherence to GMP practices and FDA regulations.
- Knowledge and ability to implement FDA or regulatory requirements as necessary.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
