Production Workers - Atomizer

As a Production Worker - Atomizer, you are an essential part of the atomization process which involves the formation of powder from molten metal using high-pressure inert gas.
Job Functions:
Weigh out raw materials and oversized powder to meet required product chemistry
Prepare heat efficiently and accurately to promote continuous atomization
Perform multiple refractory tasks
Thoroughly clean, assemble, inspect, and install all equipment required for melt preparation
Verify all equipment and materials are ready for atomization including documentation review
Perform removal and installation of the furnace into the melt chamber including digging out, grouting, and installing blanket and ground fault
Basic Qualifications:
General HS Diploma / GED
Preferred Qualifications:
Manufacturing, Military or Industrial experience

As a Maintenance Associate, you will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, replace, install, adjust, and maintain all mechanical and electrical equipment in the plant. You will perform scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment, troubleshoot machine malfunctions, determine the problem, and implement the repair.
Job Functions:
Plan, layout, and perform all required operations to install, maintain, and repair a wide variety of plant equipment and accessories
Effectively troubleshoot using manuals, schematics, and diagrams to diagnose and eliminate problems as they arise
Safely install, maintain, and upgrade 3-phase motor control systems, and AC/DC circuits, possess an understanding of basic relay logic
Understand fluid power systems; troubleshoot, install, and repair power units, valve operation, cylinders, motors, pumps
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment using standard practices and procedures
Basic Qualifications:
General HS Diploma / GED
At least two (2) years of trade school or equivalent experience in industrial mechanical or electrical is required
Available to work shifts and weekends as required
